Historically known as Londinium; this bustling city dating back to 43AD has survived plagues, fires and civil wars, yet still stands tall to tell the tale.

 

Your London tour will take you through different parts of the city giving you a chance to sightsee many landmarks which makes London what it is today. Your drive will take you along some of these and more.

 

Big Ben and Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament): A well-recognised landmark of London standing at 96m tall next to the Houses of Parliament holding a UNESCO World Heritage Site title.

 

Buckingham Palace: Dating back to the 17th century; Buckingham Palace belonged to the Duke of Buckingham until 1762 when George III took it as his private residence.

 

Covent Garden: A popular spot for many tourists and locals; who come to dine in award winning restaurants and browse the broad range of unique markets and shops with history as far back as the 1200’s

 

Green Park: A favourite park of the Royals for many years with minimal buildings, lakes and flowers. Sitting next to Buckingham Palace; the park covers over 40 acres for you to explore at your pace.

 

Harrods: Founded by Henry Charles Harrod during the 1800’s as a small grocery store, Harrods has grown into a famous department store which offers a very unique shopping experience and has also been fortunate to possess Royal Warrants from some key members of the Royal family.

 

Hyde Park: Another famous Royal park covering over 350 acres. You will find the Diana memorial fountain here.  

 

London Eye: Also known as the millennium wheel sitting on banks of the River Thames; The London Eye is still a growing tourist attraction.

 

Natural History Museum: The Natural History Museum is one of many museums in London which has some fascinating exhibitions. Located in South Kensington; the museum can be well recognised for its Victorian Gothic architecture.

 

Piccadilly Circus: Sitting at the end of Regent Street; its bright neon signs and video displays will make some great pictures for your memories!


St Paul’s Cathedral:
Once the tallest building in London; St Paul’s Cathedral has served the wedding venue for King Charles and Princess Diana as well as funerals for Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher.


Tower Bridge:
The most famous of the bridges crossing the Thames and certainly the most famous thanks to its lifting abilities and neo-gothic architecture.


Trafalgar Square:
Located between St James Square and Leicester Square; Trafalgar Square is well known for its Victory during the Battle of Trafalgar. Today it famously holds the National Gallery and many significant statues.


Westminster Abbey:
Sat behind Big Ben showing off its gothic architecture, the Abbey holds a UNESCO World Heritage site title. For nearly a millennium; Westminster Abbey has been the location for Royal Coronations and is also the burial site for some of the Royal family.
