Edinburgh: Visit Scotland’s capital where you can walk down the cobbled streets and experience the history which has made this city an important part of Scotland’s history. Explore the endless list of things to see and do including local markets, castles, cathedrals and museums as well as seeing many festivals and events.

 

Glasgow: Named as the World’s Friendliest City; Glasgow is a vibrant place with lots to offer from its Victorian architecture, booming iron industry, diverse art scenes and much more. Besides the bustling city, the Glasgow area has some beautiful nature to experience including the gorgeous Loch Lomond. Whilst visiting Glasgow try the most popular tasteful and unique Scottish soft drink: Irn Bru. Highlands: The Scottish Highlands is UK’s highest mountain region and home to Great Britain’s tallest mountain: Ben Nevis standing at 1,345m tall. Sitting in the heart of The Highlands is the famous Loch Ness where you can take part in some relaxing water activities and hike around the beautiful trails around the Loch taking in the breath taking views. The area surrounding Loch Ness has lots to offer including forts, castles and falls to explore.

 

Inverness: Situated on the upper North East coast of the Scotland and the capital of the Highlands is the city of Inverness. As well as the link to Shakespeare’s Macbeth, Inverness has a number of exciting things to explore including Inverness Castle, botanic gardens, Inverness Cathedral, Leakey’s bookshop, Inverness museum and Art Gallery and Eden Court theatre are just a handful of interesting points of interest in the magnificent city of Inverness.

 

Hadrian’s wall: Running over 70 miles long across from east to west on the England Scotland border sits the ruins of the famous north frontier of the Roman Empire known as Hadrian’s Wall. Now titled a UNESCO World Heritage Site; Hadrian’s Wall tells an important part of the Roman history in Britain which can be well experienced on the various trails whilst you can enjoy the magnificent views.
